'Bloom' is a long form piece created using hydrophone recordings inside tide pools along the Sussex coastline. Processed on-site using a battery-powered Ciat Lonbarde Cocoquantus modular set-up, the freckles and gentle motion of near still water wash over the early part of the recording. As the piece evolved beyond the shore, multi-layers of synth arps and guitar were looped on a reel-to-reel as Stijn and Ian continue to create singular long form ambient work stemming from their collaboration together on 'No Voices' and 'Voices'.

'Bloom' is a recording with respect to the quietude of these days; days spent by the water here in stillness and peace in the nature of the every day.
