Félicia Atkinson

Félicia Atkinson's 'La La La' on Spekk in 2008 was a great favourite around these parts. When she wrote to us about the background of her album 'O-RE-GON' we just melted and were super happy to release this wonderful record back in 2011. She has since gone on to release albums on various wonderful labels, as well as to work tirelessly with her various installations and exhibitions around the world. A couple of years ago she joined the group The Whalers Collective with Ian Hawgood, Gareth Davis, Rie Mitsutake and Ryo Nakata. Their debut 'Nantucket I - VI' will be out on KOMU in September 2013.
